Grief Support That Meets You Where You Are
Compassionate, personalized support for those grieving loss, navigating life transitions, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
You don’t need to choose between:
✓ Staying stuck in pain ✓ Forcing yourself to “heal”
There’s a third way.
Grief changes us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. There’s no single right way to move through it.
I help you navigate your unique journey without pressure, timelines, or ‘shoulds.’

There is no grief like the grief that does not speak.
dO YOU wonder?
What would your life look like, be like, if you no longer felt steadily weighed down by internal struggles and emotional grief?
What could you accomplish if, through guided self-reflection and discovery, you were finally allowed a sense of understanding, genuine peace of mind, and ongoing inspiration to love and live, unleashed from burden and anguish?
In the work we do together, you will become intimately self-aware of how your past experiences have influenced your life — the choices you’ve made (or not made) and the path you’ve chosen.
To create a path forward, it’s essential to understand where we’ve been and how we’ve gotten to where we are. Otherwise, we risk old patterns repeating. If that’s been your life story, how is that working for you? I can tell you I know it wasn’t working for me until I chose to do grief differently.
Before Do Grief Differently, clients feel as if they’re floundering in emotional chaos.
After Do Grief Differently, clients feel grounded, empowered, and self-aware, enabling them to support others.
More importantly, they have transmuted emotional chaos into peace.
Grief Support Unlike Anything Else
Grief changes. What you need today may not be what you need six months from now—and that’s okay.
Some people want quiet, self-guided support.
Some want to be heard.
Some feel ready for deeper healing work, and that’s where Do Grief Differently is different.
The support I offer is for you if...
You’re grieving the loss of a person, a pet, or a chapter of life.
You feel stuck, emotionally heavy, or unsure how to move forward.
You want support that honors your experience — without fixing or rushing you.
You’re seeking understanding, relief, or reconnection with yourself.
You desire to feel less alone — and more like yourself again.
What support makes possible...
Grief doesn’t disappear — but it can soften.
Through the right kind of support, many people experience:
relief from emotional heaviness
a greater sense of calm or grounding
clarity about what they need next
renewed connection to themselves and their lives
How you get there depends on the choices you make — starting today.
Before I knew of or completed Do Grief Differently, I felt depressed, alone, sad, and unmotivated. After completing the program, I feel motivated and more at ease.
I would tell others that grief is not only about losing someone; it is about what has happened in your past that is holding you back.
I would say that this program helps you understand where your grief comes from, in all its forms and across all walks of life. It will help you understand your struggles and pain.
Thank you, Victoria! I have changed because of this program and you. You are an amazing human being, and glad you do this work.
– Delyla, Do Grief Differently Alumni
You don’t need to go beyond a single session.
Many people find that’s enough. Scroll down to check out the Heart with Ears or YouMap offerings if this is a better fit.
For others, grief needs more space—more time, more continuity, and a deeper relationship with the healing process.
If you’re ready to move beyond relief and into intentional, guided healing over time, the program below was created to hold that kind of transformation.
Deeper Healing & Transformational
For those who feel ready to explore grief more deeply — emotionally, reflectively, and over time, as well as experience the positive ripples doing this work creates.
Do Grief Differently
An evidence and action-based, guided, multi-session program for those who feel ready to engage their grief more intentionally over time. Rather than focusing on “moving on,” this work helps you understand your grief, tend to it with compassion, and integrate it into your life in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
This 12-session, guided program offers structure, continuity, and gentle guidance for those who sense their grief needs more than occasional support.
Best for:
Those who feel ready for deeper, ongoing healing and want a thoughtful container to explore their grief without rushing or fixing it.
There’s no right way to move through grief — only the way that feels supportive for you, right now.
Victoria has a natural skill for deep listening and empathy. She provided a safe space where I could say what I needed to say. Victoria is grounded in her work, making her an excellent facilitator. If you are looking for a coach or a mentor to help with some of your grief issues, I highly recommend Victoria.

Let's Talk!
Do you wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again after loss?
Is it possible you’re not stuck and instead are committed to the old version of you?
Are you waiting for closure? What if you created your own peace?
Let’s Reach Your Goals Together
Through various tools in my toolbox, I have created offerings that enable me to meet you where you are. From meditations to deep heart work, empathy is at the core of everything I do and the essence of the energy I bring to my work. This page is set up to guide you through those offerings. It takes courage to seek support, and I’m so glad you’ve landed here.
You may find that quiet support is enough—for now.
And you may also reach a moment where you want to be heard by another human.
Both are valid.
Both are part of the grief process.
If you’re longing for presence, conversation, or connection, one-to-one support may feel supportive.
