Welcome, friend.
From the fog of loss to the clarity of peace.
You've been told time heals all wounds. Your heart knows that's not the whole truth. There's a way through the fog — not around it, not over it. A proven, action-based path that meets you exactly where you are and walks you toward something you thought you'd lost: yourself.
You’re joining 16,000+ visitors who sought a different way to heal this year.
Know This...
You don't have to keep carrying it in silence.
I know this because I lived it.
From age 6, grief was all I knew. It showed up differently over the years — sometimes loud, sometimes just a low hum beneath everything — but it was always there, quietly running the show. For 30+ years, I did what most of us were taught to do: ignore it, dodge it, push it down, keep moving.
Until I turned 40 and chose to do grief differently.
That choice changed everything. And now I’m here — not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you find your own way through.
It’s never too soon. And it’s never too late to address your grief.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’ve been surviving in the quiet — if there’s something still unsaid living in your chest — let’s create a space where it can finally breathe.
Who I Serve + What I Do
I help mid-lifers and those navigating life’s hardest transitions reclaim their energy, clarity, and sense of self through evidence and action-based grief recovery and soul-deep self-discovery.
Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.
– Carl Jung
A New Vision for Your Healing
A Clear, Three-Step Path to Do Grief Differently and Unburden Your Heart.
Illuminate: Identify the Unfinished Business
Grief isn’t just about the loss; it’s about the things left unsaid, undone, or unfulfilled. We begin by bringing a gentle light to the specific emotional “loops” that keep your heart heavy, turning confusion into a clear starting point.
Integrate: Apply the Recovery Tools
Moving through loss isn’t about “getting over it”—it’s about integrating the experience into who you are now. Using the Do Grief Differently evidence-based actions, we build a sturdy bridge between the person you were before the loss and the person you are becoming.
Innovate: Reclaim Your Sense of Aliveness
This is where the weight lifts. You emerge with a new vision for your life—one where your memories bring comfort instead of a sharp sting. You don’t just survive your grief; you innovate a way of living that honors your past while fully embracing your future.
Do you want to work with someone who has done their own deep grief work (and continues to do so) and can sit with you in your pain without pathologizing it?
Do you want to work with someone who will create a space of emotional safety and help you feel more understood, not pressured, dependent, or spiritually bypassed?
Work With Me
For those who feel ready to explore grief more deeply — emotionally, reflectively, and over time, as well as experience the positive ripples doing this work creates.

When you're not sure where to begin...
I know how disorienting midlife can feel because I’ve lived through my own unraveling.
In 2014, as my youngest started kindergarten, I began questioning my purpose as a mother and professional photographer. I felt overwhelmed by the pressure to make the right choices.
I lost touch with myself, neglected my well-being, and my health was declining. I became convinced that finding the right answers about who I was would make everything feel better.
I turned to personality tests, self-help books, programs, and eventually life coaching to find understanding. By 2017, I felt some relief and began sharing what I was learning through a blog.
A spiritual awakening and a growing sense of purpose led me to publish a book, and I believed I had moved beyond my emotional struggles. Then grief brought old wounds back to the surface.
After further loss, including the end of a friendship, I recognized how much I was carrying and that I needed support. Ultimately, I realized it was grief I had been carrying. Grief from childhood trauma, and the grief I was adding like rocks in a backpack ever since.
Discovering Grief Recovery in 2019 changed my relationship with grief and helped me move forward in every part of my life.
I only wish I had given myself that support sooner.

Let's Connect
I’m not here to tell you what to do; that’s not how I roll.
I believe in the freedom to choose, making empowered decisions from internal alignment, and not forcing anything. ✨
There is no grief like the grief that does not speak.
you can unburden your heart & live unleashed.
Yes, you.
Have you ever wondered if you’ll ever feel like yourself again?
If grief will always feel this heavy, or if this is just how life is now?
I know what it’s like to move through the days carrying unprocessed grief—showing up for others while feeling disconnected, emotionally tired, or unsure where to turn.
What I’ve learned, and what I want you to know, is this: you have more choice than it may feel like right now.
Choosing support can feel like:
-
Permitting yourself to stop carrying everything alone.
-
Releasing the pressure to fix or manage everyone else’s emotions.
-
Allowing things to change without forcing them.
-
Choosing yourself without guilt or justification.
You're not behind + you're not doing grief wrong.
Grief doesn’t move in straight lines, and there’s no timeline you’re supposed to be on.
Whether you’re taking your first step, circling back to something old, or simply gathering information, you’re allowed to move at your own pace.
You don’t need all the answers.
You just need a place to land while you find your way.
